God is already There
What causes us to fear the future? Many times fear looms in horizons because of the unknown and uncertainty we feel. If we could see everything exactly how it was going to be, we would feel confident and hopeful. But since this is not the case, we must be persuaded in God’s Sovereign Will through faith.
Heb 11:1 says, Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Last Friday night, my family & I went to a concert of one of my favorite singing groups, The Collingsworth family. I am always blessed by their ministry whether through CD or in person; and this time was no exception. As the ladies sang, “Fear Not Tomorrow” four words rang clear in my heart, “God is already there”. God has already prepared the path, and made provisions along the way; so I can trust Him completely.
My future is just as clear to God as yesterday is to me.
God’s tremendous peace can fill our hearts when we grasp His promises through faith.
